Once again I would like to thank you for the exceptional job you did here. We have had commercial cleaners come in twice a year. Not only did they over charge us, but the carpets would not get clean and they lead us to believe that there was nothing they could do and that they were going to be permanently black. TEDDY THEY ARE BLUE! I cannot believe the difference it is like night and day. Your hard work and effort is greatly appreciated, and not only are we going to use your services again but we are setting up TM Carpet Cleaning as a permanent vendor. I've just had my carpets done by Ted Moon. He was very professional from the start. First listening to what exactly what I was expecting, and the areas of my home I wanted done. To also educating me on how I can prevent long lasting stains, and what to do when they first occur. My Carpets turned out GREAT!, better then I could of imagine. I called Mr. Moon a few days later and thanked him again for the professional job, and that I'm enjoying my new home even better then before.
